Qualcomm Leases Over 1.8 m sq ft Space In Hyderabad IT park

<p>In one of the largest office leasing agreements, the American multinational business Qualcomm acquired approximately 1.8 million square feet over a 20-story commercial tower in Hyderabad&#39;s information technology park. The corporation would pay over Rs 3,054 crore in rentals over a 15-year period, including escalations of 15% every 3 years according to the terms of the contract. The company&rsquo;s offices in Hyderabad are likely to be part of this consolidation plan.</p>
