Reliance Jio to build data centre facility in UP with $950 mn investment

<p>A 20-acre data centre facility is being set up in Uttar Pradesh with an investment of about $950 mn by Reliance Jio and it is likely to be powered by the company's own renewable energy plant. The centre consists of six interconnected data centre buildings with over 30,000 racks capacity and 200MW of power. This also pushes the government’s goal to boost India's digital economy to $1 trillion by 2025.</p>
