Researchers at IIT-Guwahati make breakthroughs in-memory architectures

<p>The research team at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati has made significant a breakthrough in-memory architecture. Being led by Prof. Hemangee Kapoor, the team has developed methods to handle non-uniform write patterns and enabled even access to memory. This will reduce stress on heavily written locations prolonging wear-out. It will help in increasing memory adaptability and mitigate drawbacks.</p>
