Meta Platforms is in early talks to lease computing power to rival Anthropic in a blockbuster deal worth up to $10 billion over two years. The agreement would help Meta offset its massive $145 billion infrastructure budget by pivoting into cloud computing, while helping Anthropic bypass severe chip shortages to power its next-generation Claude AI models.
