Royal Sundaram General Insurance has deployed FirstGen v7 and NextGen Integration Platform (NIP v3) in collaboration with FirstApex, completing the transformation in 11 months. The upgrade enables low-code/no-code configurability for underwriting and claims, automated deployments, secure integrations, on-demand cloud scalability, and faster product launches across its operations.
