Salesforce and Nvidia Launch Koa, a CRM-Focused AI Reasoning Model

Salesforce and Nvidia have unveiled Koa, Salesforce’s first AI reasoning model, built on Nvidia’s open-weight Nemotron technology. Koa is designed specifically for sales, marketing, and customer-service tasks, using synthetic data rather than customer information for training. The model will power Salesforce’s Agentforce platform and aims to deliver specialized reasoning with lower AI costs and greater control over enterprise data.
