SAP hires Moelis & Co for $1 bln Litmos software sale: Reports

<p>SAP is partnering with Moelis &amp; Co to sell its Litmos corporate learning software business. News reports said that California-based Litmos could be sold for more than $1 B. Litmos offers corporate clients learning platforms to help businesses improve their sales and customer service skills. It was purchased as part of SAP&#39;s $2.4 B acquisition of Callidus, a cloud software company based in the United States, in the year 2018.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
