Sebi to hire agency to upgrade IT infrastructure

<p>Sebi recently issued a notice inviting EoI from solution providers to upgrade and revamp its IT network, IP telephony, and video conferencing set-up. The interested tech companies will have to submit their apps by Jan 19. In its notice, Sebi stated that the security of the entire system will be of paramount importance. The bidder should be a registered entity, and in operation for at least three years, according to the eligibility criteria set by Sebi.</p>
