Shadowfax Files ₹2,000 Crore IPO Documents

Flipkart-backed logistics platform Shadowfax has filed updated papers with SEBI for a ₹2,000 crore Initial Public Offering. The public issue is split into a ₹1,000 crore fresh issue and a ₹1,000 crore Offer For Sale (OFS) by existing investors, including Flipkart, TPG, and Snapdeal founders. The company, which saw profits of ₹21 crore in H1 FY26, plans to use the fresh funds to expand its logistics network infrastructure.
