Small advertisers of Facebook allege they are hurt by AI lockouts

<p>Facebook's small advertisers are up in arms against its automated ad systems. They are facing issues of inflexible account blocking tools and a lack of customer assistance. Many of them have created Change.org petitions demanding better customer service. Facebook has relied heavily on automated tools to get rid of bad actors and inappropriate content. As a result, the majority of its 10 mn advertisers don’t have a human contact person to resolve issues.</p>
