Small cell RAN revenues grew 15% YoY in first quarter of 2022

<p>Revenues from small cell Radio Access Networks (RAN) increased 15% year over year in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, showing that there is still a high demand for small cells. The revenues increased more quickly than the market for macro RAN and small cells taken together. Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE, and Samsung were among the top small cell manufacturers in the first quarter. Public 5G was mostly responsible for the small cell growth.</p>
