Smart home platform Wink asserts it is down but will be back soon

<p>The once-groundbreaking smart home platform Wink has been unavailable for the past two weeks with no hint of a fix. Customers of the Will-i-am-owned business, who pay $5 per month for the service to use the Wink Hub to control their linked lights, locks, sensors, and other devices, are entirely stranded as a result of the outage. It's so terrible that Wink's email and website are also impacted, which strongly suggests that "someone didn't pay the bill this month."</p>
