SoftBank's Geniee acquires Zelto and AdPushup for $70 million

Zelto specializes in developing artificial intelligence-powered ad optimization solutions, while AdPushup offers software for website owners to run experiments on ad placements to improve ad revenue. The acquisition is expected to help Geniee improve its ad optimization capabilities and expand its market reach.</p>
