Sundar Pichai describes Google as 'pro-competitive,' expects vibrant tech market

<p>Sundar Pichai defended the internet search giant against accusations that it is anti-competitive, using TikTok and other up-and-coming mobile apps as examples of fierce technological competition. Pichai made the comments during the Los Angeles Code Conference. He described the firm as "pro-competitive" and mentioned TikTok as a rival in the video market in addition to Apple and Microsoft as rivals in the advertising sector.</p>
