Tamil Nadu asks Centre to Approve Chinese Apple Vendor's Plan Quickly

<p>Tamil Nadu requests that Centre expedite its decision on the investment application from Chinese electronics giant Luxshare, one of the top contract producers of Apple products, which has been in the works since May 2020. The Dongguan-based business, which produces Apple Watches, AirPods, and other "hearables," will be the third to establish production facilities for American technology in Chennai after Foxconn and Pegatron in Taiwan.</p>
