TCS & TPG Forge $2 Billion AI Data Center Partnership
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and private equity firm TPG have formed a $2 billion joint venture, HyperVault, to construct gigawatt-scale, AI-ready data centers across India. TPG will invest $1 billion into the project. This alliance aims to meet the soaring demand from hyperscalers and enterprises for high-performance computing, strategically positioning TCS to become the world's largest AI-led technology services company.
