TCS and TPG Launch ₹18,000 Crore AI Data Centre Joint Venture
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and private equity firm TPG have formed a joint venture, HyperVault AI Data Centre Ltd., to build large-scale AI and Sovereign Data Centers in India. The partners plan to inject around ₹18,000 crore in equity to meet surging AI demand and solidify TCS's goal of becoming the world's leading AI-led technology services firm.
