Huawei and Qualcomm have inked a broad, multi-year patent cross-licensing agreement covering 5G, compute, artificial intelligence, and networking technologies. The pact also includes Qualcomm purchasing select U.S. patents from Huawei, a move expected to push Huawei's total cumulative patent licensing value past $6.9 billion.
