Riding an unprecedented wave of artificial intelligence demand, ASML has raised its full-year 2026 revenue forecast by roughly 16% to between €43 billion and €45 billion. The lithography giant plans to expand its manufacturing capacity for both advanced EUV and DUV systems by 30% over the next two years to support major chipmakers—including TSMC and Samsung—as they aggressively scale up AI hardware production.
