TikTok Fires Back At Forbes After Scathing Report

<p>TikTok is firmly denying a Forbes article that said its parent business wants to use the video app to "track the personal whereabouts of select specified American residents." TikTok accused Forbes in a series of tweets of omitting a critical part of its statement, which states that "TikTok does not collect precise GPS location information from US users," despite the article's claims that its parent company ByteDance considered obtaining the location.</p>
