TikTok rival Triller partners Reliance’s JioSaavn as it eyes Indian market expansion

<p>TikTok rival Triller has partnered Reliance’s JioSaavn to set its feet in the Indian market. JioSaavn will embed Triller videos into the streamer ‘front and centre’, enabling creators to make videos on the platform. This deal with Reliance will give Triller a competitive edge over the other apps that have been launched to fill in the gaps left by the banned Chinese apps. Earlier, Reliance was in early talks with ByteDance to invest in TikTok’s India operations.</p>
