To Address Cloud-Based Risk Solutions, Sebi Has Proposed Framework for Regulated Entities

<p>Capital markets regulator Sebi has proposed cloud framework for its regulated firms, citing key risks and control measures that such entities should take into account before using cloud-based solutions. The proposed framework outlines the legal and regulatory guidelines that Sebi-regulated entities (REs) must meet when they use cloud computing services. Sebi said that there no limitations on using any cloud deployment model, and RE can adopt them as per their needs.</p>
