Traffic floods digital services, raising reliability concerns

<p>Digital services incidents have gone up considerably during the present lockdown situation to contain Coronavirus in online learning, collaboration and travel companies, a report from PagerDuty said. A "digital incident" signals stress to the system but doesn't mean an interruption in the services. Online learning platforms have witnessed an 11 times jump in incidents, collaboration services 8.5x, and travel industry an increase of 5.3x. </p>
