Twitter Accounts Now Verified With Gold, Grey And Blue Ticks

<p>Twitter has launched its updated account verification program. Earlier, every account had a blue tick, but now there is a development in which some accounts have turned Gold. Earlier, 'Twitter Blue' subscriptions rolled out despite warnings from trust and safety staff. Later, numerous fake accounts began to impersonate well-known personalities. The company is working on a software update that will inform users if they have been 'shadow banned' and how to appeal.</p>
