Urban Company’s IPO opened at ₹162.25 on the NSE—58% above its issue price of ₹103—after being oversubscribed over 100×, making it the most subscribed IPO of the year. Gurugram-based home services platform gave early backers like Accel a 45× return, Elevation Capital ~30×, while Tiger Global saw more modest gains. The company plans to use the IPO proceeds for tech upgrades, infrastructure, and expansion into 200 Indian cities by FY30.
