A $1 billion alliance—dubbed the India Deep Tech Investment Alliance—has been launched by U.S. and Indian venture firms like Accel, Blume Ventures, Celesta Capital, Premji Invest, and others to support India-based deep tech startups over the next 5–10 years. Aligned with India’s ₹1 lakh crore R&D initiative, the alliance will provide not just capital but also mentorship and international market access, aligning with strategic U.S.–India tech collaboration.
