US homeland security launches its bug bounty program
<p>The US Department of Homeland Security is launching a bug bounty program to aid in the discovery and correction of flaws in its systems. The program promises to pay cybersecurity researchers who have been invited to access select external DISH systems between $500 and $5K. This effort is in response to the Log4j vulnerability. The participants will be required to fully disclose any information that may be useful in mitigating and correcting vulnerabilities discovered.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
