U.S. to allow small drones to fly over people and at night

<p>USA's Federal Aviation Administration will soon allow small drones to fly over people and at night in the country. It will boot drones use for widespread commercial deliveries. The authorities will address security concerns of unmanned aerial vehicles or UAV by requiring remote identification technology to enable identification from the ground. The new rules will help in see drone operations such as the delivery of packages.</p>
