USA selects first 4 states to receive $10B broadband fund

<p>Four states have been chosen by the US Treasury Department to be the first to receive funds from the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund, a $10 B fund for broadband infrastructure and other digital connection projects. Projects in Louisiana, New Hampshire, Virginia, and West Virginia will receive $583 M. The initial round of investment is expected to offer high-speed internet to over 200,000 residences.</p>
