Veolia's DigiTide Initiative Enhances Customer Satisfaction and Sustainability in Water Management

Veolia India has launched 'DigiTide,' a comprehensive digital transformation project integrating AI, ML, IoT, cloud computing, digital twin, and GIS technologies to revolutionize water utility operations. This initiative has led to a 25% increase in customer satisfaction, a 22% reduction in water losses, and a 20% decrease in carbon footprint, resulting in annual cost savings of INR 15 million. Notably, 90% of the company's operational decisions are now data-driven.
