Visa Veto Retaliation: Ex-Meta Manager Sues Over Firing

Former Meta product design manager James Tillinghast has sued Meta Platforms, alleging unlawful retaliation after refusing to sign a Green Card petition letter for a Chinese engineer. Tillinghast claims the document falsely attributed $638 million in ad revenue and AI creations to the employee. The lawsuit also accuses Meta of providing unequal, race-based immigration support and seeks over $1 million in damages for wrongful termination.
