Volkswagen, Bosch's JV to provide battery equipment solutions in Europe

<p>Volkswagen and Bosch signed an MoU to explore the possibility of forming a JV to provide battery equipment solutions in Europe. The two companies plan to provide battery cell and system manufacturers with integrated battery production systems as well as ramp-up and maintenance support. VW expects the JV to assist them in achieving their goal of constructing six-cell factories by 2030.&nbsp;The companies did not reveal how much money they planned to put into the venture.</p>
