WhatsApp Brings FASTag and Utility Bill Payments to India

WhatsApp has launched an in-app bill payment feature in India, allowing users to pay FASTag, water, electricity, gas, insurance, credit card and other bills without leaving the app. Powered by Bharat Connect, the service supports thousands of billers and lets users manage multiple accounts, track upcoming dues and view payment history. The feature is rolling out gradually on Android and iOS.
