Wipro acquires cybersecurity consulting provider Edglie
<p>Wipro announced the signing of an agreement to buy Edgile, a cybersecurity consulting firm based in Texas, for $23 M in cash. It is Wipro's 10th acquisition since Thierry Delaporte took over as CEO in Oct 2020. The company, alongside Edgile, will develop CyberTransform, an integrated suite of cybersecurity services to help firms enhance governance of security risks, invest in robust strategies, enabling them to accelerate their digital transformation securely.<br />
