Wipro to acquire UK-based BFSI consultancy firm Capco for $1.45 bn

<p>Wipro will acquire London-headquartered consultancy firm Capco for $1.45 bn. Capco’s counts some of the marquee names in the financial services industry across the globe. It has 5,000 business and tech consultants in 30 locations worldwide. This acquisition, which expected to close by June 30, 2021, will make India's Wipro one of the biggest end-to-end global consulting, tech and transformation service providers to the BFSI space.</p>
