WiseTech Global Acquires E2open for $2.1 Billion to Expand Cloud Supply Chain Solutions
Australian logistics software firm WiseTech Global is acquiring U.S.-based E2open for $2.1 billion, marking its largest deal to date. The acquisition, funded through a $3 billion syndicated debt facility, aims to enhance WiseTech's offerings in supply chain planning, procurement, trade compliance, and channel management. E2open shareholders will receive $3.30 per share, a 68% premium over its April 30 closing price. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026, pending approvals.
