Wisk and Archer to Enter Mediation Over Trade Secret Theft Lawsuit

<p>Air taxi companies Wisk and Archer have agreed to enter mediation in March to resolve their legal dispute over trade secret theft. Wisk accused Archer of stealing its designs for an electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. A judge had ordered the two companies to attend a settlement conference, but both companies requested mediation instead. The upcoming mediation will aim to reach a settlement which could include monetary damages.</p>
