Yahoo in Advanced Talks to Sell AOL to Italy’s Bending Spoons for $1.4B
Yahoo is reportedly nearing a deal to offload AOL to Milan-based app developer Bending Spoons for roughly $1.4 billion. The transaction, backed by Apollo Global Management (Yahoo’s majority owner), would reshape the legacy brand’s future. While discussions are advanced, no binding agreement has been signed yet, and terms could still change.
