YouTube Eases Eligibility Requirements for Monetization Program, Empowering Content Creators

YouTube has unveiled revised eligibility criteria for its monetization program. Content creators can now qualify for the partner program by having at least 500 subscribers, posting three public uploads within the last 90 days, and either accumulating 3,000 watch hours in the past year or garnering 3 mn Shorts views in the previous 90 days. The decision aimed at providing more opportunities for creators to monetize their content on the platform.
