Former VMware exec Rajiv Ramaswami is new CEO of Nutanix

<p>Nutanix appoints Rajiv Ramaswami as president and CEO. He will replace co-founder Dheeraj Pandey. Ramaswami brings 30 years of experience to the position, including his tenure with Broadcom, Cisco, Nortel and IBM &mdash; in addition to his most recent stint at VMware as COO of Products and Cloud Services. Nutanix, founded in 2009, has raised more than $600 mn. The company went public in the year 2016.</p>
