IBM to collaborate with Nature Conservancy India for IoT project

<p>IBM and The Nature Conservancy India have announced a partnership to develop an IoT solution for real time monitoring of Lake Sembakkam in Chennai. The Conservancy says that the lake is a victim of waste disposal, sewage disposal as a result of which a layer of sitt has formed. It also says that the lake is inhabitable as dissolved organic carbon levels are in the range of 3-70 mg/L as compared to the normal range of 0-10 mg/L.</p>
