Twitter hires US law firm Wachtell to sue Elon Musk for pulling out of $44B deal

<p>According to persons familiar with the situation who spoke to Reuters, Twitter Inc. has retained US law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP as it gets ready to sue Elon Musk. Twitter is demanding that he complete the $44 billion acquisition of the social media business. Tesla's CEO Elon Musk canceled the agreement on Friday, claiming Twitter had not provided information regarding phony accounts using the network.</p>
