Ad-Free Anxiety: YouTube Premium Jacks Up US Prices

Existing US YouTube Premium subscribers will see higher fees hit their June 2026 billing cycles following a grace period from an earlier April announcement. Monthly costs are increasing by up to $4. The new US rates set the Individual plan at $15.99, the Family plan at $26.99, the Lite tier at $8.99, and standalone YouTube Music Premium at $11.99. YouTube cited the adjustments as necessary to improve services and support creators.
