Apple Store union elections are on horizon

<p>Oklahoma City&#39;s Penn Square Apple Store becomes the third US location where workers have sought a union election from the National Labor Relations Board. The CWA has signed cards from more than 70% of the store&#39;s salesmen, genius admins, techs, creatives, and operations professionals expressing desire in representation. The NLRB requires 30% of employees to sign union cards as a necessary demonstration of interest in an election.</p>
