Apple Sues OpenAI: "Rotten to the Core" Hardware Theft Alleged

For the first time in its 50-year history, Apple is suing a close partner. The tech giant has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and its hardware chief, Tang Tan (a former Apple VP), accusing them of stealing trade secrets. Apple claims OpenAI poached over 400 employees and systematically coached them to steal confidential files for its upcoming AI hardware business.
