In a federal court filing, OpenAI accused a former employee who left for Apple of stealing over 100 confidential files regarding an unreleased hardware device. OpenAI claims the staffer transferred proprietary data—including engineering specifications, manufacturing details, and supplier information—to a personal account and later presented it to senior Apple executives.
