Elon Musk and Twitter trial confirmed for October 17
<p>The trial for Twitter's attempt to persuade Elon Musk to proceed with his massive offer to purchase the social network will begin on October 17. Musk first sought to push back a trial until February of next year, but a judge last week said that Twitter could speed up the process to October of this year. Since Twitter accepted Elon Musk's $44B bid in April, the ongoing controversy has seen numerous turns.</p>
