Elon Musk faces FTC subpoena over Twitter posts: report. The subpoena is reportedly part of an FTC investigation into whether Musk’s tweets violated an agreement between him and Tesla that he would have his social media activity reviewed by the company’s legal team. Congressman Jim Jordan and FTC Chair Lina Khan spar over Musk's subpoena. Jordan accused the FTC of targeting Musk due to his criticisms of the agency, while Khan pushed back.
