Google fined record antitrust fine by EU court

<p>The second-highest court in the EU will decide whether Brussels erred in fining Google €4.3B for its Android mobile operating system. The record judgment, made by the European Commission in 2018 might be overturned or modified as a result of the General Court's ruling. Google requested a group of EU judges to overturn a ruling that it claimed was based on untrue allegations that it had forced its search engine and Chrome browser on Android phones.</p>
