Insufficient short-term US visa availability affecting tech companies

B1/B2 visa holders are not permitted to work in the US, but they are allowed to travel for business or pleasure, meet with clients, and attend conferences and events. These events are crucial for attracting new clients, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses.</p>
